Q: Nocturnal emissions and STDs

please help me.im 21 years old male.after a long sleep some sticky colourless fluid coming out of my penis.only 2 or 3 drops.it wont come other times only after sleep.what is that one.its freaking me.is it normal or any problem?normally mens have this?

According to the data you provided, it is pretty hard to tell what this sticky colourless fluid coming out of the penis might be without seeing it and without a physical examination, although data could indicate a kind of sexually transmitted infection – STI (STD). Therefore it might be wise to visit your family doctor who might refer you to a urologist (if necessary) or simply do a swab which will indicate the cause of that “colourless fluid”. If no pathological entity seems to cause it, this might turn out to be due to nocturnal emission (popularly known as wet dreams, which is quite normal in men).
