Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
It would be helpful to give you suggestions properly if you could share other symptoms and your investigation results about what the problem could be and what can be done. Absent uterus (if it is indeed absent) could be due to genetic problems. Sometimes there could be rudimentary uterus present. The inability to have children could also be due to ovarian problems or lack of egg release from ovary. Other problems include hormonal derangements, structural anomalies of the reproductive system etc., that affect chances of pregnancy.
The investigations required to be done include ultrasound scan, hormonal levels (TSH, FSH, LH, DHEA, Estradiol levels), karyotyping, HSG scan, along with the examination findings recorded by your doctor.
Based on the results of these investigations, further course of action can be planned for you. These results will also suggest whether you can have a baby or not.
Take care.
