No testicles after hernia surgery as baby Posted: 03-18-08 07:40am
Doctor,
My 21 year old stepson just told his
father he has no testicles. How can it be
that no one knew this until now. Would't
a doctor when he was a baby have broached
this subject? He had hernia surgery when
he was about 1-1/2 yrs. old, would this
have anything to do with it? My husband
is beside himself that he never knew this.
What can I tell him about this condition
that may make him feel less guilty and how
can we help his son get through this? I
would appreciate any input into this
subject you can give.
