Q: No spotting - pregnant ?

okay, so i have a question,
if you dont have spotting or any bleeding prior to having your period,
should you be worried about pregnancy?

I never spotted but I have a 4 and a half month old, it is possible

but, she took a Plan B less than 48 hours after having unprotected sex.
if she doesnt experience spotting, then does that mean that Plan B failed?
