Q: No sexual pleasure

Can someone tell me who to go to for help on having no sexual pleasure at 23. I am a male, and I lost my sex drive and any pleasure from sex at the age of 18. I thought I was just going through some normal phase, until I realized that I had lost it for good. I can still perform, I get erections but I usually just go on for ever. I do not get the heavy breathing or strange heart beat that comes with sexual performance. All I get is an erection and I can ejaculate but I get no euphoria. Can someone please help me since this has gotten very frustrating in the last few years. Recently I did manage to achieve a sense of regular pleasure, but it only lasted a week, so I know there is something wrong with me. I just don't know what it is but I believe it is mental. Please help...

no sexual pleasure
Hi,

If you have any luck, drop me a line. I'm in the same boat except I've never really had any pleasure, so I don't know if I'm capable of it. I can orgasm, but it comes out of nowhere. I want pleasure before the orgasm too.

i looked up male unable to achieve orgasm and.. anorgasmia or orgasmic disorder or dysfunction= unable to reach orgasm in men, causes are phycological stress towards work, school, negative attitudes towards sex from bad child hood, boredom with your sex life, alcohol, chronic illness and pain, diabetes, hormone condition, age. then they talked about sex therapy and the success rate is 65-85%
