Hello sir,

For the past 2 months i am suffering a lot from sleep disorders. I am a software engineer, have to work very hard in computers for 8 or 10 hours/day.

There is no problem in getting sleep. But that sleep is not 100% quality. even though my eyes are tired and sleeping.... mY mind still thinking something on what happend on that day. it is not like dream. it is like live feelings that mind just thinks. at morning when i wake up, i cant even open my eyes and so much pain and mild headache. so much tired ness.

what will be reason. give your valueable advise.

Sounds like you need a diversion. Working 10 hour days can be stressful. That would be hard not to take your work home with you. When you take your breaks at work I hope you are not obsessing with your job. Break the routine. When you are at home it is natural to think about the work day.
What would happen if you were involved, let's say some sort of recration or volunteering activity? Meditation or prayer has helped me immensley.
There are some natural teas that help with relaxation.
Hope you conquer!
