Hi,

I am 43 years. I have not had my periods for over 3 months. I am on thyroid medication for last 12 years. My doctor has reduced thyroid medication but still this not helping.

My pelvic ultra sound results are ok.

I am not able to sleep properly. Also, I get severe pain in my knees. Is it link with this?

Is there anything which I can do to help my body - some home therapaies?

Thanks

I think the added medication may increase some of the stress, but try and relax....Sleeping can be a problem and I think as we age we are constantly finding new aches and pains every day...Think positive...You are young...
