No periods for 3 years

Very confused !! I had a termination in nov 2008 went on to the depoprevera injection straight away and was on that until jan 2011. I never had a period the whole time and still havnt had a one it's been 3years. I recently I had my first smear which came back as abnormal cells and have to go to the hospital to be checked over and have another smear. I don't understand what s going on and I'm very concerned that I may not be able to conceive, can any one help please .
