Q: No Periods for 4 months

Hi I wondering if anybody had any answers for me.

I have not had any periods since February, have taken about 10-15 pregnancy tests but still nothing, have had all the signs of pregnancy i.e tiredness, sore breasts, discharge but still nothing, have seen my GP how advises to wait, but I am now worried incase this is something else???

i m hearing a lot of bad advice of doctors. did he suggest you get on the birth control pills. did he tell you the reasons why some women miss their periods for months.
i would get on the pill. what do he want you to wait for. 4 months is a long time, he should be testing you to see if something is wrong. i would call him and demand this.
i am very fisty with my doctors, because they have the same attitude as if it's not that important to them.

Hi sorry i forgot to mention that i am trying to have a period and came off the pill in August 08

Concider your thyroid out of balance check out ithyroid.com this is educational. also research deficiencies caused by the pill. What serviceU is saying that going back onthe pill may help you regain your periods even if temporarily, this will tell you some thing & at least will allow your body to cleanse.
