Q: No Period Yet

I'm usually very consistent between 28 and 29 days for the past 4 months. I'm pushing 33 days and still nothing. I've had pms, but no show. I took a pregnancy test on the 31st day and it was negative. I'm not sure what to think. Should I go to a clinic and have a better test done? Or should I just wait it out. It's kind of eating me alive! I'm also worried that if I"m not pregnant than there could be something else wrong.

I've really never had an irregular period. My longest was 31 days and I almost always wake up with it. How accurate are the test kits at the store? If it still doesn't come tomorrow I think I may just head to Planned ParentHood and see If i can talk to a nurse.

Thanks, I will. I'm heading to Planned Parenthood today to get a blood test. As I think about it, I feel like its a 1% chance that I could be pregnant, but my anxiety has gotten way out of hand to the point where I feel sick. I'm sure that this is deffinatly having an effect on my cycle

Perhaps while you're there, if you're not pregnant, you should speak to them about different methods of birth control. Not only will it regulate your period but will also protect you from pregnancy. Good luck!
