i eat a lot of fruit, salads, chicken, beef [both in stir frys or other dishes]
its really what you feel like eating, but in moderation, go ahead and eat chinese food, but not too much or too often because as you said its not ver healthy.
My fiance buys me fresh fruit bowls, from the apple market near our house. Im addicted to them!
Water is great to drink, even fruit juices, apple juice, iced tea, gingerale and crackers if you have morning sickness, it worked for me, its important to stay hydrated and eat right, as my doctor said to me, its not time to start any diet, but eat the right foods that you should be eating to stay healthy during this pregnancy not only for yourself, but for the baby.
