Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

Just third day of your periods end is usually absolutely safe time. One cannot conceive by having sex during this time. Also as a measure of abundant precaution you have taken a morning after pill within 72 hours.

The periods often get delayed by taking this pill. In all probability you will have your periods in the next few days. The delay cannot be due to pregnancy. Hope this helps. Take care!
