all 3 yrs i have never missed a period. always on time. so far i've missed a month and my last period came two weeks earlier than supposed to. i don't think it's because of stress, but i've been slightly more physically active lately- um, no sex btw still under 16. started drinking coffee so more bathroom breaks. advice would be helpful ty

Remember that your cycles can change due to many things and it will not stay constant during your life. Your body is not a machine that will stay the same always.

Physical activity can certainly delay your period, as will weight loss and poor nutrition or very low body fat.
