I had a medical abortion in Sept. My two week follow up was fine. I started taking my birth control pills 2 days after the procedure as instructed.
When my boyfriend and I resumed sex 4 weeks after the procedure, we began using spermacide as a backup method.
I have been through 2 full packs of BC pills with no period, no cramping, not even spotting.
I have taken my pills religously within a 30 min time range every night and we have been good about using the spermacide even though it is extremely irritating to us both.
I have taken a preg test and it has come up negative.
I am worried that I got pregnant again.
I do not have a OBGYN appt until Nov 17.

How will I know?
