Q: no period now spotting

I would like to know if anyone might know what's wrong. I missed my period last month May2009 I have had no pregnancy symptoms. Today I spotted after I went to the store. But at the store I felt weak my legs felt like I had to hold on to the shopping cart for a second or two. Them I just felt very hot I don't know what is wrong. Has anyone had this happened to them and if so what was wrong.
