Go back to the last place you had it. Maybe you left it there. Good luck finding it again. Maybe it will just show up in another 3 months with a surprise.

hi can any one tell me what is perimenopausal i wasdiagnosed as this aprox 3yrs ago and have not had a period since a year ago this month ,how much longer will i have to suffer these mood swings and constant sweating day and night i assume this is the menapause as i have never actually been told,many thanks .
