I have not had my period for 3 months (since the last time I had sex). I am 24 and was irregular in high school, but never skipped more than 2 periods and since I got off birth control last October I had been on a month 1 week cycle. I have taken 5 pregnancy tests between 1 week after my expected missed period and 3 months after I had sex. 2 of these were done by 2 different doctor's offices. I had my yearly gyno about 1 month after my skipped date and told them about it and the gyno wasn't concerned. But starting about a month ago, I have lost my apatite completely! I am to the point where it is getting hard to even force feed myself. I ended up in the ER last week because I was so dehydrated and sick (even though I only drink water- and tons of it a day!). The ER thought I had a stomach virus. I don't think that is correct because I have been feeling sharp pains in both of my ovary areas for the last 3 weeks and my stomach feels bloated. Even though I have not been eating as much, I have not lost any weight, and actually I think my stomach is getting puggier, but not in the firm way, but in a chunky fat way. I weigh exactly what I should and am of normal/healthy build. I am worried that I have something really wrong with me! The symptoms appear like pregnancy, but it should have turned up on a test by now right? I feel like I need to throw up everyday, and some days are worse than others. I am dizzy and weak. I am also really concerned with why I cant eat w/o wanting to throw it up, but if I don't eat I become even more sick.
Any thoughts and suggestions would be very useful! I have insurance, but it is very poor and doesn't cover much and I have no money and am about to move states again (just graduated grad school). Help please!

Home pregnancy tests are not 100% accurate which is why some women dont even waste their time. I have heard of some women NEVER getting a positive result on one of them. The WORST case scenario is that you are having an ectopic pregnancy or you could be just plain pregnant. Either way I suggest going to the doctor and requesting an ultrasound so they can get a LOOK at what is going on there not just relying completely on tests.
