Hi I have not had a period for 17months since December 2007 I always had regular cycles. I thought I was pregnant at first but 17 months later I still am not. I want to know what the risks are if any with no periods for so long and I want to know what effect this can have on future children and how I can possibly go about getting them restarted and if you suggest hormones what are the risks or side affects of these hormones. I also want to know if I were your patient how would you go about treating me.

Thank you
