Q: no period - cramping

i'm a day or two late now and have this cramp feelings now and then in my lower abdomen,i have had a urine test which turn out to be negative,i have always had my period on time or even earlier..i dnt know if i tested too early.pls help

It is not too early to test for pregnancy if you've missed your period. The cramps you feel may be your period coming. Wait a few days and test again.
