That definately sounds like you have been spotting. that and needing to pee frequently are both signs of pregnancy. i would suggest get a test to be sure,
Is it a burning sensation when you pee? If it is you may have a Urinary Tract Infection which will need to be treated asap as it could move to the kidneys and cause a lot of pain and bad fevers. Peeing frequently is also another symptom of UTI. But still get tested to be sure,
