I have a 7 mo old child. I have missed my period this month and last month it was really heavy!!! Im not pregnant!!! What else could it be?

Can i still get pregnant without having a period

Ok i am a 20 year old female that is trying to get pregnant but i have no period is there anyway i can get pregnant
