Q: No period and growing stomach

I'm 13 and I havnt had my period in 2-3 months I am developing a stomach I used to be very skinny but I have been eating loads of food I am real worried I am pregnant but I have never had sex I have just messed around I havnt slept in days but not over this I just can't sleep

please help

late or missed Period
when you miss it do you get nauseous and cant eat much.

No I can't eat in the morning I have never had sex and I am so worried that I'm pregnant

When you fooled around were there any ejaculation from ur partner? Cuz i know it doesnt have to be inside you to get u pregnant there is a slim chance with it being around that specific area down below, you have a chance of prenancy. If i was would talk to a doctor if thats the case.
