Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.

The bleeding that you had after you stopped your pills for the first time was likely breakthrough bleeding which is common after sudden stopping or starting the pills.

Your last menstrual periods were on 4th Feb and your status about the periods of March is not clear.

If you have missed the periods of March, I’ll suggest you to do a serum HCG levels for the confirmation of pregnancy. I sincerely hope this information helps. Take care.
