I am 21 years old and i view around 200lbs..about a year ago i was weighing about 150 so i gained a lot in one year huh..Well anyway about 11 months ago i had an ectopic pregnacy and required the removal of one ovary and one tube..after that i had one normal period...Since then i have had none what so ever...No spotting or nothing..Well now 10 months later i have started exercising regularly and eating healthy and i've been doing this for two weeks..Well guess what i have been spotting for the past two days..a dark brown bleeding but only a little..It doesn't have a smell or anything like that..But i was worried and i have no clue what could be going on...Should i continue my workouts and should i be expecting my period soon?
