Sorry this is a bit long, but i am giving as much information as i can

I have been TTC for 10 months now. Within that time i have only had 5 cycles.
After my withdrawal bleed from stopping the pill i had a period (cycle 1) 2 months later. After 2 regular 35 (C2), 37 (C3) day cycles my next cycle (4) was 85 days. Then Cycle (5) was 35 days again. But during this cycle (5) i started BBT, I had period like pains when I ovulated, and when Period arrived it was heavy and very painful which is unusual for me. Sorry for too much information, but my blood was more brown and with the pain i could barely stand up. During this time i also felt constipated which made the pain worse and a couple of days into my period I felt a little better after some bowel movement and a long bath. But the pain was still there, just not as severe, after period finished, the pain only came back during bowel movement, which eventually went away. Is this a symptom of endometriosis?
What made things worse is that i also had a fissure for the first time at that point.

With regards to having pain during bowel movement when on my period this has been happening for a couple of years now, which started whilst I was on the pill. But wasn't as severe as this, and calmed after I stopped taking the pill, until recently. Could the pill have caused something?

Also during cycle 4 i was experiencing alot of headaches, and some dizziness.

Now I am on cycle 6 currently of 40 days and there is still no sign on ovulating, there has been no BBT shift and neither have i had any ovulating pain like last month. Has my last period affected anything? I have heard it is common to have anovulatory cycle, but this frequent?

When I went to the doctors my period was due, but hadn't arrived. My doctor told me to have blood tests done but on day 29 of my next cycle, as it was too late by then. What if this cycle lasts 85 days like the last one? Thats a long wait. I'm not going to have much chance of TTC if i'm not ovulating properly.
He also said he would refer me to have scans done but most likely it would be rejected as i haven't been TTc for 2years, how ridiculous is that!

Can anyone expalin what is going on with my body?
