Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Orgasm is when you are most excited during the sexual encounter and release the burst of excitement within a few seconds. For a woman to have orgasm it is just not intercourse which will help in acheiving this rather clitorial stimulation orally or by fingering. It is very necessary that you are excited and well lubricated before, otherwise the genitals would be sore.Have a long foreplay.
Try to create a romantic, pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.A woman can enjoy most when she is excited and completely invooved in the act.Make your partner understand that clitoris is the key to female orgasm.
Hope this helps

Take Care!
