I made a huge mistake by having a one night stand on Sept.19 2009 with someone who i did not really kno and a week and 1/2 maybe 2weeks later she told some of my family that shes pregnant.Could she have already been pregnant when we had sex.As of right now Oct.14 would be 4 weeks of the whole situation.

It seems like it would be too early to tell, but some people are lucky to find out early about their pregnancy. I would ask her if you could see a pregnancy test just to be sure, or maybe ask her if you can go to the doc with her. Then if you want you can request a paternity test to prove that you are the father.

Its usually too early to tell 2 weeks after sex. But some women experience sootting 2 weeks after if they are pregnant. Has she had any spotting? If not thats normal too. But like I said she can take a home pregnancy test! thats the smartest thing to do right now.
