On January I decided to take 4months off, to relax, change my eating habits, exercise and sculpt my body through Endermology sessions ( CELLU m6 an lpg machine supposed to break the fat while rolled on your body for 40minutes).
I started a very strict diet of 1200calories, made with lentils, fish, white eggs, vegetables and fruits, split into 3( breakfast, lunch, diner).
I wasn't feeling hungry because when pertinantly chosen, one can eat a lot of low calories foods.
I did the huge mistake of mixing diet and work out.
I was working out everyday for at least 3hours, alternating cardio and work out.
I was very active, sometimes I even was working out morning and afternoon.
I did loose a lot of weight: 10pds in a month.
However since january 24th I haven't had menstruation again.
In march I started to increase my daily calories, reaching the normality and sometimes even more that I should, but my menstruation never came back since january.
What do you recomand to do?
