Dear All,

I gave birth to my first child last January 10, 2009. I breastfed for two months but stop it as Im working. He is now 3 months old, yet i still dont have menstruation. We already had sexual intercourse 2weeks after giving birth. Rolling Eyes and we do it occasionally now. I am afraid to know if i am pregnant again as we are not yet capable rasing 2 kids in a row. I do not take pregnancy test yet and I as I am afraid to see it positive. Do you think I am pregnant again? If I am, what can i do to prevent pregnancy aside from abortion?

I needed advise badly.

Thank you

It is possible that you are pregnant, only way to find out is to take a a test. You should talk to your local GP about some form of birth control to prevent having any more children right now.
Also you period can take up to 12 months to return back to normal. Sometime even longer. This could be something else you can talk to your gp about. They can reassure you that everything is normal.
All the best Sarah

No menstruation 3 months after birth
Hi Sarah,

Thanks for the advise.infact, I don't really feel that I am pregnant, but this no menstruation scares me a lot... If i'll do a test and the result is negative, does that mean that I am not pregnant? coz we really cannot afford to raise another child as of the moment... Im really hoping I am not preggy. I dont have time to visit to GP beacause of work. Can I trust a PT result?
