Q: No menstruation but spotting

I just had a molar pregncey 2 years ago and I am trying to conceive. but ive been spotting for 3weeks. on march 31 the the condom had broke .so i went to the docter and he said evething is fine. ive been having bad cramping,headachs and spotting i took a blood and pregncey test but it came out negative .what should ?
