No menstrual period - pregnancy ?

Hey i have been on the birth control for about 3 months now and two weeks ago i didn\'t take it because i missed when to start my pack so i decided to wait until the next sunday(when the pack starts) and had sex that day and took the pill. I had my period on the beginning of the month last month. I know I\'m late for sure. I\'ve had white discharge and when i go to the restroom, my urine has i think the white discharge and it looks smokey. I\'ve just started having small cramps since tuesday(Aug.4) until today(Aug.7). I had a fever yesterday but i think it was from so much worrying and stress. I had a little heart burn also for a little while last night only. I haven\'t taken the pregnancy test yet but will soon. I just want to know if all this would b signs or being pregnant? or infection? because i\'ve looked all these symptoms up and they all have different explanations. Please reply asap. I need help.
