No menstrual period - Cervex is low & soft

I have taken two pregnancy test they were both negitive.I would like to know could ,I be pregant My husband is fix but he has not been checked yet I am never this late for my period although my periods are very aregular examples with oct 2008 26 day last period nov 20 days last period 26 days last period jan went 31days feb went back to 26 day so even if I went 31days, I would have had my period by now ..I can still fit my tip of my finger in my cervex and it is soft also my discharge is clear sticky.
