after having a tubal ligation and receiving a depo provera shot i had light bleeding for 3 weeks followed by my period for 6 weeks and then it went away for at last four months should i be worried?

Welcome to ehealthforum.
A repeat examination by your gynecologist will help to see if everything is fine. Go ahead with a follow-up check along with hormonal levels tests, ultrasound scan. If pregnancy is suspected, then it should be confirmed.
