Re: help me please!
I am sorry to hear of your trouble conceiving. I have worked for an infertility clinic for almost 10 years, and the golden rule is: after one unsucessful year, see your MD. You can start with your OB/GYN to do some routine testing to ensure your hormones are in check, an HSG to ensure your uterus/fallopian tubes are normal and a semen analysis to ensure there is adequate concentration and motility of sperm in your partners ejaculate. If you or your partner are smokers, it can take >1 year to conceive, so try to quit and adopt a healthy lifestyle. Fertility troubles can be stressful for you and your partner, but help is available. If you're not quite ready to seek medical advise, there are alternatives. Local pharmacies sell ovulation monitors, which are useful for timing intercourse (especially if your periods are irregular) also available are at home fertility test kits. While not as informative as a physician office visit, it is a start. Good luck to you both.

no luck with pregnancy
Hello, I just would like to add that the above reply by sciencefaith is very accurate. My husband and I tried for 10 years to conceive and we went through every step written above. We went tried naturally for a year, went through artificial insemination, and IVF. It is very important to talk to your doctor to see if he/she can help you further your plans to conceive. If I can be of any help to you in your process it would be my pleasure.
