My Period is currently 3 days late. The last period I had was on Jan 26. I had heavy petting and cuddling with my boyfriend over the second two weeks of feb. However, there was NO intercourse. Could I be pregnant?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Periods can be delayed due to stress, changes in lifestyle, eating and sleeping habits, increase in exercise levels etc. Wait and watch for your periods. If there was no contact of pre-cum or semen with vagina, then chances of pregnancy can be ruled out.
Take care.
