Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

Well, at times the heart beat may be missed due to some technical error or gas in abdomen. Consult your gynecologist and if need be go for a transvaginal ultrasound. Alternatively you can only go for a fetal dopplar to hear the heartbeat. Hope this helps. Take care!
