no headaches just the buzzy feeling, Could I have epliepsy?

For a while now I have been experiencing strange sensations during the day and whilst asleep. Sometimes just as I am falling asleep, I jerk suddenly and wake myself up. Other times, I have this sensation of being shaken violently and often wake up with a headache and sore arms/legs, sometimes I feel as if someone is running their hands through my hair, but with a prickly feeling (I live alone so it can\'t be anyone actually doing it), a couple of times I have woken myself up by biting my tongue really hard. All these events have left me with a headache, sore and feeling really anxious with my heart racing. I've been really tired the next day too and these spells are often accompanied with mood changes. During the day, I sometimes have funny spells where my arm or my whole body will suddenly jerk. Or I feel dizzy on one side of my body (if that makes sense?). I often zone out too. Or get visual auras where my vision 'disappears' and all I can see is static with a slighly buzzy feeling in my head. (The doctor though these were migranes but I don't get headaches with them, just the buzzy feeling) Could this be epilepsy?
