Is everything else normal? By that, I mean, do you have pubic hair/armpit hair, are your testicles average size, is your penis average size? I mean, either way, you could be lacking testosterone, but I suggest you see a doc. It may be that you are just naturally sparse-haired. But I would see your doctor to rule out any hidden medical problems/hormonal imbalances.

Thanks For your reply, yaa everything is normal, yaa i do have an pubic hair, and my testicles are in normal size and my penis is also have average, my problem is my friends are teasing me because i dont have hair on hands, chest and legs
