Hello, im 13 and i hit puberty when i was 12. My problem is that, although everything else is behaving completely normally in puberty, my penis is not growing.
I understand most of it takes place at the end of puberty, but mine grows for nothing other than erections. Other than that..dear god help me for saying this, but its like...1 inch without an erection.

Any ideas?I mean seriously without an erection its like the same size as when i was born do0ds.

Um, er....hang in there. I dunno, maybe you're one of those kids who hits puberty later than most, but that's not necesarily the reason, but it could be.

Now, Now. You have to be patient. The Supporters and Moderators of this forum aren't on here all the time. It's done on a purely volunteer basis, so of course you can't expect an instant answer.

I will attempt to answer your question.
Everyone is different. There are people whose penises grow first, some whose penises don't grow 'til they're 19. Some males don't hit puberty 'til they're 18, some hit puberty when they're 8. You're unique, and you have to accept that. So, just because you have a small penis now, doesn't necessarily mean it's going to stay that small. Be patient. Besides, you're 13: you have tons of time, and the size of your erection shouldn't be a huge deal for you anyways. Just embrace how your body is growing, and try to be as healthy as possible.

Wait, are you growing a lot taller, are you growing wider shoulders, are you growing a more muscular built? If you are, then maybe ur penis growth is lagging, but if you aren't, then ur probably just one of those kids who hits puberty later than most

What is meant by that?

Of course your penis will be a lot smaller when you don't have an erection. Is it still worryingly small when you have an erection?

Flaccid penis size is generally small at that stage of puberty. You have plenty of years to grow.
