Im a 23 year old male, for the last 6-7 years i havnt had any feelings in my penis, i can get hard and can have sex and even ejaculate, but i dont orgasm or get any great feelings. Before now i didnt care as it didnt seem to effect my preformance with women, but recently its been starting to get me down. Do i have a serious problem, or is it easily solved???

Extremely eHealthy
The most common causes for lack of orgasm in men are psychological in nature.
They include depression, feelings of guilty, low self esteem, anxiety, chronic stressful life, history of sexual abuse.
In less cases, the cause is an underlying body disease or disorder, such as hypogonadism (lack of testosterone), thyroid gland disorders, pituitary gland dysfunction, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, penile disease, alcohol abuse.
It can result as a side effect of certain medicines, too.

See physician for complete examination!
