Q: No erection without physical stimulation

Hi. Thanks for reading. I am a 34 year old male who has been sexually active since 18 years old. I have never had any kind of erectile dysfunction until about 6 months ago. Basically (and for no reason) my penis would hurt/ache whilst it was becoming erect and have ever such a slight downward bend in the middle. Once fully erect it was straight with no pain. It was just whilst it got hard, as if the muslce was being 'stretched out'. I hadn't knocked it or done anything odd during sex or masterbation. I also hadn't done drugs or excessive alcohol. I've been with the same girlfriend for 6 years. My diet and health is good.
The problem I have had recently tho, and my concern, is that whilst the pain/ache is now a lot less (but still there), I cannot maintain an erection unless I have constant physical stimulation. By that I mean I can get fully erect/hard, but the second I stop penetrative thrust (pardon the wording), or my partner or I stop touching my penis, I go limp. Its the same if I masterbate. I've also noticed that I dont seem to get morning wood or involuntary erection in the day anymore either. I'm slightly worried by this as the pain/ache and the inability to keep hard is obviously connected. Can anyone help or advise? Thanks in advance. Rolling Eyes

i am having the exact same issues as andy, however i have recently been treated for clamydia and wondered if there has been damage done to my penis and its recovering. I am 27 yrs old and not getting morning wood or an erection at ANY time during the day is starting to concern me after 5 weeks! My doctor keep giving me antibiotics which are doing nothing.
