Hi
Welcome to the forum!
The feelings of worthlessness, low confidence, hating oneself can be due to depression. They can also be due to some problem like anemia or hypoglycemia which makes you listless and unable to work. This reduces your self esteem and you feel depressed.
It could also be due to a dominating boss, parent or partner. What is important is that you realize you have a problem. That is the first step towards a diagnosis and cure. Also you must look at the positive in life. At times it feels as though there is no good around, but this is a passing phase.
However without examining it is difficult to give a confirmed diagnosis on net. Hence consult a doctor. Hope this helps. Take care!
