What does it mean when you stand up and you lose a lot of urine. You have no control of bladder. They did a urine test and it says that there was not infection. I do exprience a lot of back pain and they said my kidneys are ok.

I don't know but am experiencing something similar. I go to the urologist tomorrow hopefully answers soon not just neg test results.

Hi summerless and welcome to ehealth: Depending upon your age, it could be a bit of incontinence showing its face...Try doing your Kegel exercises...When you are standing around cross one leg over the other and squeeze your vaginal muscles together...Hold the pose...Hold onto a counter if you have to...Do like when you were a child and had to pee in school and had to hold it...This should help....Good luck with the doctor...Take care...

Yes, the first thing anyone should do when they discover symptoms of incontinence is start strengthening their pelvic floor muscles with kegel exercises. These are pretty popular and effective as you will see on this video with Terri Hatcher (yes, "The Teri Hatcher):
This one's kinda funny but there are other youtube videos on kegels too.
