no baby , uterus removed , want to have a baby

Am 46 years of Age, married. We get married since 1988, still does not have a baby. on 2002 had an operation to remove uterus, but still want to have a baby. So what is the right way to follow in order to get a bay at least one.

So since uterus removed i do not get menstural period.

But i thinks if possible to replace any uterus in order to have a child at least one.Could you help me what can i do for this?

I am sorry to say but uterine replacement is not a possibility today. If you have intact ovaries, you can donate ova which can be mated with your husband’s sperm and grown in a borrowed womb of another woman. Please discuss with your gynecologist. Hope this helps. Take care!
