Q: No Answer from doctor

I posted a private question to the doctor on the 30th september and still haven't received a reply. The welcome e-mail I got said between 3 and 10 days for a reply. The message is in my outbox but not my sent box in private messages. I've sent it three times now and everytime I click on submit it says "Your message has been sent" Has anyone else had to wait so long for an answer??? Question
