My Nipples have been sore after my menstraution and its been 3 weeks now could it be that im pregnant

Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Nipple soreness is one of the symptoms suggesting early pregnancy. Look out for other symptoms like nausea, increased fatigue, tiredness, sleepiness and hunger, mood swings.
Report to your healthcare provider/gynecologist for getting an examination and tests (beta HCG hormone test) to confirm/rule out your pregnancy.
