Am I Pregnant Answer A29274
Hi,

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out. Soreness of nipples is common due to manual fondling of breasts like during intercourse. Soreness of nipples can also be due to hormonal imbalance or fibrocystic disease of the breast. In that case warm compresses and anti inflammatory medicines is required.

Lastly, it can be due to pregnancy as well due to tubal ligation failure. For the same, the ideal time to do the urine for pregnancy test around 1 week if you miss your periods. You can also get your serum HCG levels estimated.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
