Q: Nipple swelling and sensitivity

I am a 36 year old male who is physically fit. Inside mr right nipple I have minor swelling that is very sensitive to the touch. This has been there for about 3 weeks. Should I be alarmed.

“Very sensitive minor swelling” inside the right nipple that has been there for 3 weeks is an alarm for visiting at least your family doctor. According to the results from the physical examination (inspection and palpation) he will define the further diagnostic/therapeutic steps.
