Yes there is a procedure to reduce nipple size out there. It takes about an hour with local anesthetics, and you can be back to normal in a week or so, with no long term effects. They take out bits and pieces that aren't necessary to nipple function, like milk ducts.

Yes, i'm serious about going under the knife. I am a very small person (about 5'1'' and 110lb)My nipples used to not be large, but when I was around 17 they started growing larger. My breasts aren't the largest, I wear a Bcup, but my nipples are a bit too big for me to be comfortable exposing my breasts. Measuring in coins, my nipples are bigger than a 50cent piece, I would say about 2 inches across. When my nipples are erect they are about the size of a 50cent piece lol. I would like them to be about the size of a quarter. I don't want to look at my breasts and all I see is nipple! Like, I love the rest of my body, but it seems that whenever I look at my naked self in a mirror my eyes are drawn to the large nipples because, well, they're hard not to notice!
Does anyone have an estimate of how much this procedure would cost? I have looked at many websites on this but haven't come acrossed a price yet.
