Nipple rash eczema i think

Hello friends...

I dont really know if this is the right place to post, but im gonna go on anyway.
Im 16 years old. Some months ago, i had a small rash (eczema i think. i get that every now and then for years now) all over my chest, and i noticed it was also covering my left nipple. My nipple was quite itchy for some time, but then it went away. What worries me is that the skin on the center of the nipple is a bit more light-coloured than the rest of it. It never itchy, but when it is irritated (eg by cold weather) it appears swollen. Im probably going to visit a dermatologist, but id like to get some ideas first.
